MY WELLNESS JOURNEY

My journey has been shaped by serious injuries, chronic pain, digestive issues, and hormonal imbalances. At 18, a car accident left me with two herniated discs, and combined with scoliosis and an uneven hip structure, I endured years of pain, imbalances, and limited mobility.

Through natural healing, I discovered the power of real food and movement as medicine. Pilates and strength training corrected my imbalances, supported my recovery, and restored my energy, while nourishing my body and managing stress became key to my overall well-being.

Over time, however, what worked for me in my 20s and early 30s, including intense workouts, pushing hard with little recovery, and still having the energy to keep going, no longer served me in the same way. As my body evolved, that same approach began leaving me depleted, and I noticed I was not getting the same results. I knew I had to listen to my body and work with it, not against it.

By combining intelligent strength training, Pilates, and a nourishing approach to health, while respecting my body's needs for balance and recovery, I developed a way of exercising that supports strength, mobility, and nervous system health through low-impact, sustainable movement. This approach helped me become stronger, move with greater ease, and sustain my energy in a way that feels invigorating rather than draining. The results soon followed. It is the perfect approach for women 35+ to look and feel their best without overwhelm.

Now, as I navigate perimenopause, I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever.

My passion is helping women reclaim their vitality, overcome challenges, and move through midlife and beyond feeling empowered, supported, and in control of their health as their bodies evolve.

If I can, SO CAN YOU.

Let's get thriving together. You will be amazed at what your body can achieve!
