Restore & Align – perfect if you’re completely new to Pilates or returning to exercise.
Strength & Glow – beginner to intermediate with scalable options.
Sculpt Express – intermediate, best for those with some prior experience; beginners may want to start with Restore & Align first.
No matter your starting point, you’ll gradually build strength, improve posture, and enjoy toned, sculpted muscles, even if this is your first Pilates experience.

Most workouts require no equipment beyond a Pilates mat.
In selected sessions, I incorporate light dumbbells or a Pilates mini ball to enhance strength, activation, and results. If you don’t have equipment, simple household alternatives are always suggested so you can complete the workout effectively.
That said, having one or two sets of light dumbbells (one heavier, one lighter) is highly recommended, as they can be used throughout the programs — and well beyond them — to continue progressing your strength.
